Application Process Steps
You've found the ideal volunteer program and location, and the thrilling next step is ready to be taken! Feeling a little uneasy? That's completely normal. Above all, this is the beginning of an amazing experience as your volunteer journey begins.

Make sure you meet the age, educational and language requirements for the program of your choice before you jump in.

Choose Your Program
Take your time exploring the options. If you're unsure, reach out, we're happy to guide you based on what you want to experience!
Apply Online
Submit your quick application form (takes about 10 minutes). Be honest about your background, health conditions, and preferences, it helps us match you better.
Pre-Approval Check
After applying, we'll invite you to a short, inform video call (10 minutes). This helps us meet you, answer questions, and make sure we're a good fit for each other. A bisic criminal check for child safety and health standards will also be required
Secure your position
After passing the pre-approval, pay your non-refundable registration fee to reserve your place in the program.
Pay the program fee
Submit the full program fees at least 60 days before your start date.

Once payment is confirmed, you're all set! Pack your bags, stay in touch, and get ready for an experience of a lifetime!
When to apply
There is no such thing as applying too early, so apply as soon as you're ready to join us! Most of our programs accept applications all year round, but space is limited and fills up quickly.
Applying as a group
Yes, without a doubt! Group applications are welcome:
- Choose Group and decide on your travel dates.
- Add the details of each member of your group.
- List your friends' names under Special Requirements so we place you on the same project and in the same accommodation.
